What is a ritual? By definition it means a religious or solemn ceremony consisting of a series of actions.
Your body is a temple. Praise it! Your daily practices can be considered rituals, and we’re here to share a bodily ritual that can boost your mood and help you get your self-care in first thing in the morning.
Self-care starts with a healthy mind. As you practice your ritual physically, repeat a positive affirmation for the day like “I trust my instincts to achieve happiness.” Remember to use positive language!
